Ashley, Denver is a great place to live and Miami is a great place to visit. If you get a chance to head this direction for a vacation, you'll be glad you made it. I'll be happy to suggest a few Colorado spots you won't want to miss. Even if you aren't ready to buy, I'm sure you'll be tempted.

I'm looking into vacation spots and happened to come across your blog. Nicely done, I think you've nearly convinced me take a vacation out there! (Also, MTV's Real World: Denver has helped a bit, I couldn't help but catch a few episodes, just to get an idea of what the Denver area and CO in general is like.

Sorry, don't think I'll be buying anything there anytime soon, but I will surely keep you in mind if ever I do decide to leave the east coast!

Working with a company that provides internet marketing and real estate leads for real estate professionals, I will say that CO seems a pretty hot area, at least for people looking to buy or sell real estate out there. Seems like maybe CO's market hasn't come down quite as hard as say, FL!
