Nicely done, I think you've nearly convinced me take a vacation out there! (Also, MTV's Real World: Denver has helped a bit, I couldn't help but catch a few episodes, just to get an idea of what the Denver area and CO in general is like. Sorry, don't think I'll be buying anything there anytime soon, but I will surely keep you in mind if ever I do decide to leave the east coast!
