The timing is not always right for someone to buy a house or condo, even in a buyer’s market. If you aren’t quite sure where you want to plant your roots, it may be better to wait.

Consider your situation. Buying a house when you are not ready is a mistake. However, with our buyer’s market, you don’t want to miss an opportunity if it’s time to make your move.
