Cherry Creek continues on its path of amazing development. Cranes dot the skyline and everyone is still waiting to see the final additions to the community. A number of homes sold during the month of July but there are still quite a few to select from if you want to live in this beautiful and vibrant neighborhood.

Here is a quick summary of July 2007 sales in the Cherry Creek Neighborhood. The east and west boundaries are Colorado Boulevard and University Boulevard and the north and south streets are approximately E. 6th Avenue and Cherry Creek Drive North. It isn’t unusual to see a large custom home next to a 1950’s ranch, although new construction is winning out. Cherry Creek is a highly desirable place to live if you want to be within walking and biking distance of some of the best restaurants, shopping and urban trails in Denver.
