We Can all Learn a Lesson from the Colorado Rockies
The Boston Red Sox may have won the World Series, but the Colorado Rockies deserve great acclaim for all of the wonderful things they did to get there.
This team inspired not only Coloradans, but people around the world. Coming from nowhere all the way to the world championship is a story that inspires each of us and our kids to greatness.
Never Give Up
We never know what is going to happen with a combination of hard work and belief in our abilities even when most people don’t believe in us.
Play it a Game at a Time
While we need to have the big picture in mind, it takes one step at a time to accomplish our goals.
Success is a Team Sport
No one can do it alone. We are always part of a team when we strive for success. While I compete with other Realtors in my office for business, they are also of great support in encouraging and inspiring me to greatness. Also, my family and friends make the journey worthwhile.
Celebrate the Successes
I’m sure the players are disappointed with getting swept in the World Series. However, they accomplished amazing things and are celebrating the winning streak and the National League Championship.
Congratulations to the Rockies organization and all the coaches and players that made us believe. Thanks Rockies for a fabulous “Rocktober”!
All the best to you and your town Jennifer. As a staunch lifelong Cleveland Indians fan, I’m right there with you. A good season is a good season and nobody can take that away from you. Payroll, schmayroll. Baseball, and life, is a game played from the heart with ability and drive. As I’m all too used to saying, Just wait till next year!

You experienced your own hearbreak when the Indians were defeated after leading the series. I loved the David against Goliath struggle. Goliath may have won this time, but the journey was amazing. Maybe we’ll meet next year.
Jennifer, they are a young team and now they have a lot more fan support than they ever have before! They woke everyone up, I think.
